Shipping to Canada & the US
We ship our Hover Dish hanging planters, our large architectural bowls and planters within Canada and the continental United States.
Shipping Provider
We use typically use Fedex Ground for small items and other carriers for our larger palletized items.
No Extra Costs
Our shipping costs include packaging, labour and transit.
Shipping Times
Your order will ship within 5 to 7 business days.
Tracking Your Order
After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. When your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.
Return Policy
We're quite sure you'll love everything about our planters and don't expect you to want to return it. However, if you want to return them for any reason, let us know and we'll work with you to get you what you need.
At this time, Pot Inc. will not accept returns on our Hover Dish orders unless your order is damaged.
Availability
If the product you want to order is out of stock, you will be immediately informed on the product page or we will send you an email informing you of the availability.
